Is my information safe?
Your information is saved in a secure, private area which only you and the RNCAS can access. You can access your information at any time using your email address and pin.
How do I choose my PIN?
Your Pin can consist of a minimum of four digits, and a maximum of 10. For example, a combination of 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
How do I enter my wines?
Initially you need to register with our online system.
You click on register then complete the log in details which include your email address, your own pin and your personal and contact details. The fields with a red asterisk are required to be completed.
Do I have to complete my entry in one session?
No. All your entry information will be saved and you can return at any time. Your information will not be passed onto the RNCAS until you have completed your entry by making a payment online.
Can I still enter my wines using paper forms and the post?
Yes. To download paper forms go to http://www.rncas.org.au/
How do I know which classes to enter my wine in?
To ensure you have the right class information you need access to the Vintage Cellars National Wine Show Of Australia schedule. You can access an online version of the schedule at http://www.australianwineshows.com/natwine/. When you are entering your wines online you have to select the class for your wine from a list of all the classes.
I am having problems completing my online entry. Where can I get help?

Who developed the Vintage Cellars National Wine Show of Australia online entry system?
This online entry system was developed by the Canberra-based company Edentiti Pty Ltd which operates the service on behalf of the RNCAS.
Can I enter my wines in other shows or competitions using this system?
Yes. As long as the show you would like to enter is using this system for their show. If you would like to use this system to make entries at other shows we suggest you contact the show's organisers and recommend they use it. You can also send an email to Edentiti and we will follow it up as well.
What is the RNCAS refund policy for the Vintage Cellars National Wine Show of Australia online entries?
It is exactly the same as if you entry was sent in by post.
Please note: entry fees are not refundable.
Entry fee: $100 except for Brandy which has no entry fee.
If I have completed my entries including making payment can I subsequently make additional entries?
Yes. All you need to do is use your email and pin number to access the system and complete your additional entries.
I have forgotten my pin number and I want to access my entry information.
Click on the link "Lost or forgotten your password or email address" then enter your email address and your pin will be sent to you in an email.
Will I get a receipt when I complete my payment for my entries?
All online payments for the RNCAS are handled securely by Westpac and you will receive a receipt on the screen, and by email, upon payment.
How do I return to the Vintage Cellars National Wine Show of Australia online entry system?
You can return by going to the RNCAS website http://www.rncas.org.au/. Click on the Vintage Cellars National Wine Show of Australia link. Click on the online entry link. Alternatively you can enter the site direct at http://www.rncas.org.au/WineShow/site/index.php
